Copper v0.4.1: Iceoryx2 and Hesai support

We are getting close to the beta but we are still expanding the support to serve our early adopters.

  • One wished to integrate Copper with third party systems so we added the middleware support for Iceoryx2 from Eclipse so we have built a pair of iceorix2 sources/sink to receive/transmit messages from/to Copper.

  • The other are using the Hesai XT32 lidar for their autonomous driving project so we built a driver for it.

We also started to standardize around one common message for the point clouds. Huge thanks to Yang Zhou (NYU) and Luc Frauciel (Konboi) for their help and contributions!
